SEQTA Teach – Exporting Email Addresses

How to export Student or Guardian Email Address from SEQTA for use in third party applications

  1. Click on the Administration Workspace icon
  2. Select the Correspondence page
  3. Select the Mode (Basic student data)
  4. Select the Recipients (Either Students, Guardians or Both)
  5. Add the students using the student’s selector drop-down list or the ellipse icon (…) to add groups of students.
  6. Select the Export tab
  7. Click the To Excel button – this will generate your spreadsheet.
  8. Once the report has completed, Click the Click here to access your document button to download your export. The data can now be manipulated as required for import into any third party applications, such as MailChimp or Google Apps.
