Changes to Service desk – Now for both ICT and Maintenance Requests!

The Service Desk has been altered slightly this year to cater for both ICT and Maintenance requests.

Self Service Portal
Staff can use the Self Service Portal to login and review service requests online. Staff can update and view the status of existing service requests, and updates will be recorded in the Service Desk system.
The Self Service Portal is available at http://servicedesk.macquariecollege.nsw.edu.au.

  • For urgent ICT requests staff should call 02 4944 3168 (extension 168).
  • For urgent Maintenance requests staff should call Michael on 0447 023 724.
An urgent maintenance request example would be something like a water pipe has burst and my classroom is being flooded, or a light has fallen from the ceiling and their are electrical cables sparking. Please keep in mind that all requests whether urgent or not will need to be logged via the Service Desk.
Please note that the log book for maintenance requests is no longer available. All maintenance requests need to go through the Service Desk.
